The Public Relations Office (URP) is the service through which the Provincia di Pavia communicates with the citizens.

What the office does:

Listens and orients the citizen, enables him about the opportunities offered by the Administration.
Informs about activity of the Agency, location of the offices and the respective phones, opening time and name of several managers of the services.
Guarantees the right of access to the acts and the administrative documents, by the consultation or the issuing of a copy of the same, after authorization of the prosecution officers.
Accepts the suggestions by citizens on the working of the provincial services.
